Welcome to Agra Fine Stones FAQ section. Here you can find answers to common questions about our products and services.


How to Place an Order
If you're interested in purchasing our exquisite gems and precious stones, contact "Dani" directly via WhatsApp/WeChat or by Email for the best B to B prices.

All the Gemstones are shipped from Sri Lanka. A tracking number will be given for you to track the shipment. The shipment will be delivered within 7-20 working days. Items valued at USD130/- or less will be shipped by registered post and those exceeding that amount will be shipped by priority mail with insurance. Alternatively, we can FedEx the shipment, but it will cost USD80/-. Also if you have a FedEx account, you can send us your account details and we charge USD50/-only for handling and insurance. You can pay the shipping charges directly to FedEx.
We usually ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of the full payment. Every item is shipped with an invoice and a brief appraisal. If you need any item to be couriered, you have to make a request and pay an additional sum specified by us. Orders will usually be delivered within 1-2 weeks anywhere in the world.

Customs Duty and Import Tax

In many countries (not USA) properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. Standard mail takes longer, but typically avoids additional fees. We are happy to ship via express mail, but please note that we have no control over import taxes that may occur in your country. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. GemSelect has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, return freight fees, brokerage charges and customs duties will be deducted from the total refunded amount.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

In the event a parcel is received with damaged packaging, do not accept the package! Refuse delivery, make a report with the courier, and contact us immediately!

 

If you have already signed for or received the package, please do not open the package. Take several photos of the exterior of the parcel and then send them to us by email at help@gemselect.com. This will allow us to assist you with either returning the items for exchange or refund, or we can help decide whether to open the parcel while providing evidence of the condition of the product/s. In most cases, the items are very well-packed and remain undamaged.

 

If you do not receive your standard economy airmail order within 45 working days, please contact us, so that we can open a claim with the post office. Should the claim result in confirmation of loss, we are more than happy to offer full refunds or replacement items if available. Claims take 7-14 days to process through local post offices as our post office must communicate with your post office.
